Acceptance of Terms of Sale
1. The contract between Maroc Decor and Customer shall be construed concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Maroc Decor. This is considered tacit acceptance,
unless otherwise communicated to the client. By placing an order in the manner provided, claims to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase
procedure and accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below.
2. If the customer is consumer, once the online purchase procedure, will print or save an electronic copy be maintained on the general conditions of sale, subject to the
requirements of Art. 3 and 4 of Decree No. 185/1999 on distance selling.
3. Is excluded any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, and any contractual or extra contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or property,
caused the rejection, even partial, of an order.
Ways to Buy
4. The customer may only purchase products in the electronic catalog of Maroc Decor when placing the order and viewable online at (URL) www.maroc-decor.com,
as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the picture accompanying the description of a product may not be fully representative of its
features but differ in color, size, products, accessories shown in the figure. All support information acquisition (Glossary, How to Buy, etc ...) shall be
construed as a simple generic material, not due to real characteristics of a single product.
5. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Maroc Decor by a reply by e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message
will contain date and time of execution order and a 'Customer Order Number' to be used in any further communication with Maroc Decor. The message will include all data
entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections, as described in this document.
6. In case of non acceptance of, Maroc Decor ensure timely communication to the customer.
